What a combination - the soothing sounds of cello, and an extraordinary plated chocolate dessert!  


As night falls, the experience begins with a drinking chocolate and fine chocolate on arrival, followed by a concert performance by cellist Georg Mertens, and on occasion cello is joined by guitar, flute or another cello! At intermission, guests move to table seating to enjoy a plated dessert, constructed by Josophan's founder Jodie Van Der Velden.  The night concludes with the second set of the concert performance, and a chocolate treat to take home.
